Consumers may dispute inaccurate or incomplete information on their credit reports directly with consumer reporting agencies, without hiring ScoreCraft or any credit-services organization. Consumers should not dispute information they know to be accurate.
No Guarantee of Removal
Accurate, current, and verifiable information cannot be guaranteed for removal. ScoreCraft's services focus on reviewing credit-report information and, where appropriate, disputing information that may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unverifiable.

Services do not begin during the applicable cancellation period. Consumers have the right to cancel a covered credit-services agreement within three business days of signing without penalty or obligation. See our Cancellation Rights page for more information.
Advance Payment Policy
No consumer credit-services payment may be collected before the agreed services associated with that payment have been fully performed.
Secure Document Handling
Consumers should not submit sensitive documents, including Social Security numbers, complete dates of birth, credit-report documents, account numbers, or identity documents, through ordinary public forms or email unless ScoreCraft provides an approved secure method for receiving them.
