Your Right to Cancel a Covered Agreement
A consumer who enters a covered credit-repair agreement with ScoreCraft Credit Solutions LLC ("ScoreCraft") has the right to cancel the agreement without penalty or obligation before midnight of the third business day after the agreement is signed.
Cancellation Notice Provided With the Agreement
ScoreCraft will provide the applicable cancellation notice together with the written agreement. The cancellation notice supplied with the agreement controls the exact cancellation deadline and delivery instructions. Consumers should refer to that notice for specific details.
No Reason Required
A consumer is not required to provide a reason for cancellation. Cancellation within the applicable period is effective regardless of the consumer's reason.
Services Do Not Begin Before the Cancellation Period Expires
ScoreCraft will not begin consumer credit services before the applicable cancellation period expires. This means no work will be performed, and no payment will be collected, during the cancellation period.
Website Inquiries Are Not Contracts
A website inquiry or consultation request is not a contract and does not require cancellation. Submitting a form requests information or a consultation only — it does not create a client relationship, authorize services, or create a payment obligation.
