ScoreCraft Credit Solutions LLC
Effective Date: July 1, 2026
Last Updated: July 1, 2026
Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing or using the website operated by ScoreCraft Credit Solutions LLC ("ScoreCraft," "we," "us," or "our") at https://scorecraftsolutions.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.
Eligibility and Lawful Website Use
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate applicable laws or infringe the rights of others.
Texas-Focused Consumer Service Area
ScoreCraft currently serves consumers residing in Texas residents only. Information on this website is provided for residents of Texas. If you reside outside Texas, these terms may not apply to your situation, and we may not be able to provide services in your jurisdiction.
Informational Nature of Website Content
All content on this website is for general educational and informational purposes. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, lending, or individualized financial advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your individual situation.
No Client Relationship From Browsing or Submitting a Form
Browsing this website or submitting a contact or consultation form does not create a client relationship between you and ScoreCraft. A client relationship may arise only after required disclosures are provided, a separate written agreement is signed, and the applicable cancellation period has expired.
Separate Written Agreement Required for Credit Services
Any consumer credit-services engagement requires a separate written agreement that describes the services to be performed, the total cost, the payment schedule, and the estimated performance period. No services begin solely because a website form was submitted.
Required Disclosures and Cancellation Period
Before any consumer credit services begin, ScoreCraft will provide the required consumer disclosures and a written agreement. Consumers have the right to cancel a covered credit-services agreement within three business days of signing. See our Cancellation Rights page for more information.
No Services Beginning Solely Because a Form Was Submitted
Submitting a website form requests information or a consultation only. It does not authorize work, does not create a payment obligation, and does not begin any credit-services engagement.
No Advance Collection for Unperformed Consumer Credit Services
No consumer credit-services payment may be collected before the agreed services associated with that payment have been fully performed.
No Guarantee of Credit-Score Increases
ScoreCraft does not guarantee any particular credit-score increase. Credit scores are influenced by many factors outside our control, and results vary by individual.
No Guarantee of Deletion or Removal
ScoreCraft does not guarantee the deletion or removal of any specific item from a credit report or consumer report. Accurate, current, and verifiable information generally cannot be removed.
No Guarantee of Loan, Mortgage, Vehicle, Rental, Employment, Bank-Account, or Funding Approval
ScoreCraft does not guarantee approval for any loan, mortgage, vehicle financing, rental, employment, bank account, or funding opportunity. Lender and creditor decisions are made independently and are outside ScoreCraft's control.
Accurate, Current, and Verifiable Information Cannot Be Guaranteed for Removal
Accurate, current, and verifiable information that appears on credit reports or consumer reports cannot be guaranteed for removal. Our services focus on reviewing and, where appropriate, disputing information that may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unverifiable.
Consumers May Dispute Inaccurate Information Themselves
Consumers have the right to dispute inaccurate or incomplete information on their credit reports directly with consumer reporting agencies, without hiring ScoreCraft or any credit-services organization. Consumers should not dispute information they know to be accurate.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing truthful and accurate information when using our website. You are responsible for reviewing documents, making your own decisions, and consulting qualified professionals when appropriate.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
