Section A — Consumer Credit Services
Free Inquiries and Consultations
Website inquiries and consultations are free unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement. Submitting a form does not create a payment obligation.
No Advance Payment for Unperformed Services
ScoreCraft Credit Solutions LLC ("ScoreCraft") does not collect payment for consumer credit services before the specific agreed services associated with that payment have been fully performed.
Payment Terms in the Written Agreement
Payment terms, service milestones, and amounts will be stated in the consumer's written agreement. The agreement will describe the services to be performed, the total cost, and the payment schedule.
Statutory Cancellation Rights Are Not Limited
Statutory cancellation rights are not limited or waived by this policy. Consumers have the right to cancel a covered credit-services agreement within three business days of signing without penalty or obligation. See our Cancellation Rights page for more information.
Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
Duplicate, unauthorized, or erroneous charges will be investigated promptly. If an error is confirmed, an appropriate correction or refund will be processed.
Refund Rights Under the Agreement or Law
Any refund rights required by the written agreement or applicable law will be honored. Refund eligibility after the cancellation period depends on the terms of the written agreement, the work completed, and applicable law.
Dissatisfaction Does Not Create a Guarantee
Dissatisfaction alone does not create a promise of a particular result, deletion, score increase, or approval. ScoreCraft does not guarantee specific outcomes, deletions, score increases, approvals, or timelines.
No Waiver of Nonwaivable Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits a nonwaivable consumer right under applicable state or federal law.
How to Request a Refund
Refund requests should be submitted in writing to info@scorecraftsolutions.com. Please include your name, the date of your service agreement, and the reason for your request. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Section B — Business Website Services
Refund, payment, deposit, milestone, and cancellation terms for business website-development services are governed by separate business service contracts. These terms are independent of consumer credit-service terms.
Business website-development deposits, retainers, or advance-payment terms do not apply to consumer credit services. Business Website Services are contractually, operationally, and financially separate from consumer credit services.
Business Website Services are not bundled with consumer credit repair. A consumer credit-services engagement and a business website-development engagement are separate engagements governed by separate agreements.
