OVERVIEW

Mortgage Ready is a one-time educational, readiness, and planning service. We help clients review available credit-profile information, understand mortgage-related readiness concerns, establish responsible utilization targets, assess recent inquiry and application activity, organize commonly requested documentation, and develop a responsible application-timing strategy. The service concludes with delivery of a personalized written mortgage-readiness roadmap.

Mortgage Ready — $499 one-timeOptional Follow-Up Readiness Review — $199

Final service scope is confirmed in writing before work begins. Payment is due after the completed mortgage-readiness roadmap is delivered. An optional follow-up readiness review is not automatically included, requires separate client authorization or agreement, and is invoiced after the completed follow-up review.

Prices describe available service options. Final services, payment timing, and terms are stated in the written agreement. No payment for consumer credit services is collected before the agreed services associated with that payment have been fully performed.

A personalized organizational checklist covering commonly requested identity, income, employment, asset, debt, housing, tax, and other mortgage-related records the client may need to prepare independently.

An educational strategy addressing readiness milestones, documentation priorities, inquiry considerations, and responsible timing before the client independently decides whether to apply.

We discuss the client’s mortgage objective, anticipated timing, current concerns, available information, and proposed service scope.

We review available credit-profile information, account patterns, revolving utilization, balances, inquiries, payment behavior, and mortgage-related readiness considerations.

Utilization, Inquiry, and Documentation Assessment

We evaluate responsible utilization targets, recent inquiry and application activity, and the client’s current documentation-organization needs.

Readiness Milestones and Timing Strategy

We develop educational readiness milestones, documentation priorities, utilization considerations, and responsible application-timing guidance.

Mortgage-Readiness Roadmap Delivery

We deliver the completed written mortgage-readiness roadmap and explain the client’s priorities, utilization targets, inquiry considerations, documentation checklist, milestones, and possible next steps.

SERVICE SCOPE

Mortgage Ready is a one-time educational, readiness, and planning service. The $499 price applies to the completed mortgage-readiness roadmap described in the client agreement. Final scope is confirmed in writing before work begins, and payment is due after the roadmap is delivered. An optional follow-up readiness review is $199, is not automatically included, requires separate client authorization or agreement, and is invoiced after completion. ScoreCraft is not a mortgage lender, mortgage broker, loan broker, underwriter, real-estate broker, or lender-matching service and does not submit applications, issue prequalification or preapproval letters, verify income or assets for lenders, perform underwriting, make credit decisions, negotiate mortgage terms, select lenders, or arrange financing. Credit-restoration service cycles, Identity Shield, Banking Report Assistance, and ongoing monitoring are not automatically included unless a separate qualifying service is expressly agreed upon.

Mortgage documentation requirements vary by lender, loan program, employment structure, income source, property, and individual circumstances. This educational checklist helps clients organize records that may commonly be requested, but ScoreCraft does not determine lender requirements or submit documents to lenders.
