Personal Funding Ready is a one-time educational, readiness, and planning service. We help clients review available credit-profile information, understand personal-funding readiness concerns, establish responsible utilization targets, assess recent inquiries and application activity, organize commonly requested documentation, and develop a responsible application-timing strategy. The service concludes with delivery of a personalized written Personal Funding Ready roadmap.

Prices describe available service options. Final services, payment timing, and terms are stated in the written agreement. No payment for consumer credit services is collected before the agreed services associated with that payment have been fully performed.

A structured review of available credit-profile information, account patterns, balances, payment history, inquiries, and other factors that may be relevant to personal-funding readiness planning.
Utilization Targets
A review of revolving balances and utilization, with responsible target ranges and balance-management priorities for the client to consider before independently deciding whether to apply.
Inquiry Assessment
An assessment of recent inquiries, application activity, and timing considerations that may affect the client’s personal-funding readiness planning.
Documentation Checklist
A personalized organizational checklist covering commonly requested identity, residence, income, employment, banking, debt, and other personal-funding records.
Application-Timing Strategy
An educational strategy addressing readiness milestones, utilization, documentation priorities, inquiry considerations, and responsible timing before the client independently decides whether to apply.
Consultation and Personal-Funding Objective Review
We discuss the client’s personal-funding objective, anticipated timing, current concerns, available information, and proposed service scope.
Current-Profile Readiness Analysis
We review available credit-profile information, account patterns, revolving utilization, balances, inquiries, payment behavior, and personal-funding readiness considerations.
Utilization, Inquiry, and Documentation Assessment
We evaluate responsible utilization targets, recent inquiry and application activity, and the client’s current documentation-organization needs.
Readiness Milestones and Timing Strategy
We develop educational readiness milestones, documentation priorities, utilization considerations, and responsible application-timing guidance.
Personal Funding Ready Roadmap Delivery
We deliver the completed written Personal Funding Ready roadmap and explain the client’s priorities, utilization targets, inquiry considerations, documentation checklist, milestones, and possible next steps.
SERVICE SCOPE
Personal Funding Ready is a one-time educational, readiness, and planning service. The $499 price applies to the completed Personal Funding Ready roadmap described in the client agreement. Final scope is confirmed in writing before work begins, and payment is due after the roadmap is delivered. An optional follow-up readiness review is $199, is not automatically included, requires separate client authorization or agreement, and is invoiced after completion. ScoreCraft is not a lender, loan broker, funding broker, underwriting service, product-selection service, or lender-matching service and does not submit applications, issue prequalification or preapproval letters, verify information for lenders, perform underwriting, make credit decisions, negotiate terms, select products or lenders, or arrange financing. Credit-restoration service cycles, Identity Shield, Banking Report Assistance, and ongoing monitoring are not automatically included unless a separate qualifying service is expressly agreed upon.
